Hi everyone,

I've done the tutorial three times now, with different accounts. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've reset it a countless times.

 

I'm still not allowed to make the party once I killed the Horse-Demon-Thing. Both Kyra and Merisiel are lit up, yet I cannot add either of them to the party - I pull them down, they just pop right back up, as if they were unowned.

 

This is seriously game-breaking. 

Are you pulling them down to the left most open circle?  If not they will not be added, the circles are there to show where you'd place them generally, but you have to drag them to the left most open circle.
