I just got this game about 2 or 3 days ago.  Today all my progress was deleted without warning.  When I click the button fort tech support I get sent here where I am forced to sign up for a forum I never have any intention of returning to just so I can ask one question like this was 2003 and not 2017.  Am I to understand that there is no official channel for contacting tech support for this game?  All I can do is post here and hope one of you players happens to have the time, knowledge, and incentive to help me out for free?  Is that whats going on here?

I just had all my progress deleted after about 2 days of playing.  I am interested in contacting Obsidian games regarding a fix or a refund.  Does anyone know how to do that?

Posting here will also be read by developers, but if it's a known issue other fans may be able to assist with work arounds.

This is an official forum hosted by the devs, where devs help people and answer questions. This IS an official channel and so is support@obsidian.net. The benefit of a forum is that probably other users can help you way faster than the CS department of Obsidian can. Do you expect instant messaging or direct phone number on the client? Allow the devs to help you by providing useful information like your user name, PFID, your platform (iOS or Android) or anything useful really.
