I bought the power and prestige pack, and I can't use it. Also spent about 7000 gold on chests but the items disappeared upon restarting the game. Help please?

Sounds serious. If the "Restore" button at the top of the screen in the Store doesn't help then I suggest either posting in the technical support section of these forums or e-mailing support@obsidian.net.

    I tried restored restoring already. Didn't work. I also emeaiked support yesterday and haven't received a response.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
