Hi,

 

The last weeks my characters have been disappearing from my game.

 

First I Have to delete my characters in Quest Mode due to not being able to reclaim the quests rewards (my cards are at maximum).

 

Now I lost all my characters and i not be able to play quest mode with any experienced character.

 

My phone is a Samsung4

Any solutions?

I believe that can create issues with experienced characters as well as loosing cards from him.
