Bug: Bracers of Protection doesn't trigger Eldritch Exuberance.

As in the title. B-1, Ezren acquires the Bracers of Protection at the Academy, but Eldritch Exuberance doesn't trigger to give him another exploration. I haven't seen any other cases of this not working so far.
