Just started playing and decided to go for the New Adventurer bundle. I've been charged but didn't get any if the content.

 

I've e-mailed support but, with Christmas coming, is there an indication of when this may be looked at?

I'm in the same boat.  I bought the daily goal and 20,000 gold and I was charged yesterday.  I sent in a couple emails with all the info needed and I haven't heard anything.  Is the staff on holiday or will this get resolved in a timely manner.  Thank you.  My ID is r-dog14 

The support is in day of untill 1.1.2017. So there may be delay untill then.
