Finish 3-5, Get new roles, First character can click and change job, but another character can't click.

So I can't play now.

I'm having the same problem on an iPhone SE and iPad Air with iOS 10.2 and the latest app update. It's frustrating considering I purchased the adventure pack but can't progress past this point.
