When playing with Seelah, and using her Crusade ability, there is a window of time where dice rolls are allowed, but before the added d6 appears, allowing the user to essentially lose the extra die, as it is placed on its "6" face, but not added to the total.

 

This has happened too many times to count on my iPad Mini 4, iOS 10.1.1.  Happens both in Quest and Story mode.

Wrong ability name. But yes, this happens. There's already a thread on it, even. (not that finding it is particularly feasible)
