So...how do I access the cards in my vault? I've managed to do it once or twice, where I could move a previously collected card from my vault onto a character, but most of the time when I go to manage decks it only lets me see the cards that the characters currently have in their decks.

 

How in the world do I get to it?

You can acces card From wault when

1. You make completely new character and new croup

2. You end up having less cards that you should have (you can fill the gaps with card that Are two levels below you character level)
