November 23, 20169 yr After trying to use that amazing dragon's breath ability I realized that all of my soulbound bonuses were gone, even though the text in the shield says "All soulbound upgrades are completed" they are not there anymore, therefore it's a lie, I've never complained about bugs, for example that mob in Caed Nua keeps shouting at me even though they are not there but I can live with that, but live without that awesome fear aura or that even more awesome dragon's breath? Impossible, so some help would be appreciated.
