For some reason, it's impossible to use the location power from the Wooden Bridge to recharge the card Brodert Quink from the discard pile. I tried to do that when Brodert Quink was the only card of Ezren's discard pile and now I'm stuck in the game because I can't drag the card to the pile and the recharge option doesn't appear when I zoom in the card.

I assume that you've tried a VRT/Main Menu/Quit/App Kill escalation?

Yeah, I've tried it all.

If you're in Story Mode, try launching a Scenario with a different party.

What card did you try to bury?

Can I get your PFID? We can extract your save and pull data to try and figure out what is going on. We've had a few reports of people being unable to drag or select cards from the discard tray.

Unfortunately, I can't recall which card I buried. And due to the glitch, I can't acess Ezren's bury pile (or anything for that matter).
