November 16, 20169 yr I thought it was that way too, but it DOES work, just not as intended. It triggers after you discard the effect >.< If you have end of turn effects you can see it on the side, but if you sail right past it, you'll miss your opportunity to gather the extra card. Should still probably be on play, not on discard, as that's the way it's worded.
