Nothing she can do. No way to close or pass or discard and no card she can play right now. What she was supposed to do now?

Have you tried a VRT (Vault Round-Trip) it often fixes this sort of problem. (No guarantees, just a lot of experience fixing issues where the game seems to be confused about what it should be doing/allowing me to do)
