Playing Soljan, on Mountain Peak, if I banish a potion of perseverance to automatically pass the check, I am then forced to bury a card as if I had failed, without being able to try for the fortitude check to recharge the card.

Update: After I opened the encounter, I got the option to recharge the potion, but before encountering whatever card it was. Better late than never, I guess?
