I am playing on an iPad 2 and can't get the game to open the "New Party" screen without it crashing on the splash screen in Story Mode. This means not only can I not continue with my experienced characters, I also can't start story mode with new characters. I have tried all manner of tips for the iPad, but I really need to play Story Mode - any help appreciated!

Try to progress with a different device. Perhaps you can access your account with a friend's device. If we are lucky you could pass a critical step you have encountered. And send your ID to devs so they can check your data directly.
