Not able to progress with a quest

I'm on the Perios of the Lost Coast quest and at the start of it with Kyra and Merisiel. I'm not able to start any of the starting locations. I have also attempted it with just one character as well. I am able to select the menues, character options, and deck optimization.

 

I'm using an iPhone 6s+, the issue was happening with iOS 9.3.5 and is continuing with iOS 10.0.1. I've tried restarting the game several times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by "I'm not able to start any of the starting locations"? What screen are you stuck on, what buttons are on screen? What steps have you done up to the point where you got stuck? A screenie of the screen that you're stuck at would be great.

Maybe provide a screen shot?
