This just hit me. When you enter the mill in Gilded Vale there are these huge cogs - no background sound of them turning at all. When there is a rainfall - no background sound for the rain, nor random thunder sounds. When walking in areas such as Defiance Bay - no background sounds of the city. Why? Could this be fixed? Or at least considered in the sequel? Remember Athkatla in BG2? A lot of cheers, jingles, barking dogs etc. heard somewhere in the background of the Waukeen Promenade. Remember the Docks District? Sounds of mumbling drunk sailors, and other chimes of near-the-sea sorts. Remember drums in the elemental plane of air in Irenicus Dungeon?
