I started a new Seoni to solo through story mode, got a Mystic Inscription and pulled Flare Burst at the Waterfront during Brigandoom! (The other 2 locations were closed). I displayed Flare Burst and explored, found a goblin warrior and Flare Burst went back to my hand not giving me the extra d4, but still defeated him.  I then displayed Flare Burst again and explored (same turn), got a Treasure Map and Flare Burst went back into my hand again. I tried again and found Jubral Vhiski, cutscene played, Flare Burst was in my hand again. I was unable to use its effect for the 2 battles that came up when I had it so far.
