Location w/Black Background and only 2 cards

I've encountered this a several times now in quest mode where a location will have a blacked out background, and then only have 2 cards in the location deck. The HUD will say there is 10, and then on each subsequent exploration the number does not go down and after 2 explorations will ask if I want to close the location.

 

I have some screen shots I can upload tomorrow if needed.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
