I've separately reported that I'm missing Blackarrow Bow/Guide, Orik's shield - all non-treasure chest items (I think, though I'm a bit hazy on the difference between Treasure and other "bonus" stuff that turns up). However, I'm also missing some other stuff (maybe the stuff I listed first is just "Common"?), stuff with coloured borders such as the Kohl of Enlightenment.

 

This may be related to my having to reinstall the game and - as a result - losing all my Quest progress in all my characters (I own all of them)! To say I'm unhappy is putting it mildly.

 

Oh, in case OBS ask, I show as logged in to GooglePlayGames, but I can't retrieve my PFID as when I go to settings it says "user not logged in yet". Again, I guess this might be related to my issue.
