Tried playing on legendary in story mode "The Poison Pill" - In the Apothecary Ezren encounted a poinson trap, lost - took damage, but then had to immediately replay it again and took more damage.
This happened yesterday after the patch but don't have as much detail - probably very similar circumstances though (perhaps exact)
