Seoni recharge ability glitch?

Seoni recharge item ability doesn't work with Medusa mask or wand of scorching Ray. Am I missing something?

Neither of these cards have the Arcane trait, which means Seoni's ability is not applicable.

I suggest that you carefully read the description of Seoni's ability and the attributes of the items. I'm pretty sure that I've made that error myself, but a double-check showed it to be working correctly.

Oh,  Medusa mask or Wand of Scorching Ray not "Arcane". That odd for the latter.
