Can someone tell me where the head Warden of Brackenbury Sanitarium, Ethelmoer, is located. I cannot find him in the Sanitarium. Thanks.

He is in the first floor between the entrances to the two rooms in the top/top right of the screen. You probably missed him because is a statue...
