[3.03 beta + update] "Destroy Vessels" on St. Ydwen's Redeemer still doesn't work [nevermind]

Despite the update notes saying that on hit effects should work now, destroy vessels procced and nothing happened:

Never mind, for some reason the lightning effect of the destroy vessels effect was delayed, it ended up working. Nothing to see here, move along.
