Bug: Unable to rebuild character decks from vault

Running on a Galaxy Note 5, version : VER-480-201602.

 

Ever since the hook mountain massacre release I have been unable to switch out cards in my characters' decks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this hasn't solved the problem. I'm unable to get rid of cards acquired by party members that are useless (such as divine spells on a non divine caster). The game is essentially unplayable as a result. Starting a new group doesn't allow deck building access either.

Quit story mode, then start a new party on adventure B scenario 1 with at least 1 new character.  Then you should be able to swap out basic cards.  That's what I've always had to do at least.

Do you have too Many cards? And you can not drag them of, or you just have cards that you don't want to have? If it is later, it works as it supose to be. You can only chose cards in the Beginning of the game. Later you have to find those better cards and this way of getting rid of those you don't want or you have to go on location that allows banishing cards.
