Favors don't seem to recharge right at Sandpoint cathedral

Defeated a monster at Sandpoint cathedral as lini, went to recharge and was going to recharge a favor of pharasma. The game went funny... I could now drag it anywhere on the screen and it would stay there, for no real effect.

 

I can cancel the action just fine to progress, but it was weird.
