UI Enhancement: Caltrops should make effect clear

Multiple times I've banished caltrops to evade a monster when I thought I was banishing it to defeat the monster.  In all cases I understood *why* I had screwed it up after the fact, but not before.  It would be nice if the caltrop button said "banish to evade"?

 

(Compounded by the fact that there's no way to undo this)
