Bandit Henchman triggers close

I was playing a quest scenario with the annoying villain that does force damage before combat and some Sinspawn henchmen. At one location you had to encounter a Bandit henchman at the start of your turn. When I did this and defeated it, I was asked if I wanted to close the location. I said yes and it closed. That didn't seem correct. Later in response to a temporary close, you also had to defeat a Bandit. On defeating I was asked if I wanted to close the location, and when I said yes it properly closed it.

 

Version 1.03 - iPad Pro

 

PS Account creation doesn't work on iPad Safari. Had to create account on desktop.
