Can we get another way to get the promo Cards, even if it is buying them as a pack? I don't want to buy the bundle, not because I don't like this game enough to spend the money, but because grinding to unlock all that stuff gives me an excuse to play this game ALOT.

There may be other ways to earn promo cards in the future. However, buying the bundle is the only way to guarantee that you get them.
