QOL - View characters at rewards screen

So, when getting/choosing rewards (for example, one boon of any type), you can't view your characters or decks before you select. It would be really nice to be able to do so.

You should be able to check characters and decks at any time for any reason on any screen.

It's been brouht up before and I think it's a good idea.

I want to be watching youtube and be able to see if Meriseil has the Deathbane Crossbow +1.

I want to be able to check Kyra's current hand size while checking my online bank account.

I want to post hilarious quips from Lem while posting on forums.

Ok, maybe not, but I do think we should be able to see the characters, locations and decks at all times in the app.
