Whenever I attempt to use mind wave with my PC cipher it emanates from the character as opposed to the target, the spell itself seems to target correctly but it does not show whom will be affected correctly.  Picture attached show it targeting far enemy but targeting myself.

Configure browser push notifications

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
