Game crashed, lost all save data and can't continue playing

I was playing today, when the game froze. Upon restart, I could not continue my gam, and the story mode displays a blank 0-0 adventure with no completion. I can additionally not start a new game and my purchase of the full adventure appears to have disappeared as well (no cards in the vault other than the basic ones).

 

At this point, I would like a fix, or a refund on my purchase. I love the PACG, but this is seriously a mess.
