And the content that I didn't have is not only still not there, but now on the season pass page, it no longer says I own it. I have the bank and Google play reciepts, what exactly are my options here?

Contact developer with PM or email. They will fix it in the server side.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
