When you enter Ionni Brathr your journal is immediately updated with the information Ondra gives you when you advance a little towards the pool of water.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter Ionni Brathr in Cayron's Scar.
2. The "Lair of the Eyeless" quest is updated.
Expected behavior:
The quest should be updated after you've finished talking with Ondra.
