[3.02] Psychic Backlash not working properly

So... isn't Psychic Backlash basically a stun like every other? Then why doesn't it work like one? Check this out:

So at first, when the Fampyr is affected only by Psychic Backlash he has 77 Def, then when a "real" stun hits him, he has 47. Apparently its stun properties don't apply at all. As you can see it doesn't even stop the Fampyr from casting spells. Duration of the Psychic Backlash stun is also messed up in the combat log.
