Well, to be honest it's kind of random. Sometimes it does; at other times it doesn't.

Another suppression bug. Prone doesn't suppress Nature's Mark. Don't have a screenshot though. Received a BSOD just before I save it.

 

I belive those are just visual bugs though. Their penalties don't seem to stack.
