Ok, there's something wrong with boons from prostites in general. Sometimes they remain active after one rest, other times they wear off before you even rest once. In this case Iqali's boon remains active after the first rest but only partially (no dex and resolve bonus):

Just noticed another problem in this screenshot of mine. Notice how Sure-handed lla knocked her arrows with Speed does suppress the reload speed penalty of Vicious Aim but does not suppress the ranged attack speed penatly. The whole thing with positive effects suppressing negative ones is kind of confusing. When they're labeled "suppressed" one might decide they don't affect his character anymore which isn't really the case.
