[3.02] The accuracy bonus on Priests' trap spells is not mentioned in their descriptions

It's long been known that spells like Repulsing Seal and Warding Seal hit enemies with a lot more accuracy than is stated in their descriptions (both on the toolbar and in the text window); it would be nice to have the accuracy bonus listed openly and transparently, instead of having to determine it from the combat log.
