Help Navigating to places on the map

I'm having a problem navigating to the Twin Elms area on the map.  All four places over there are grayed out.  I have some characters that are level 9 and some are level 8.  I have received the side quest to help Pallegina go to Twin Elm back when I was level 5 or 6 but still have not figured out how to get there.

 

How do I get there?  What other place do I have to be in order to navigate to there? 

 

Please help a newbie out, thank you!!!

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
