This worked previously, so it seems that the transition was removed in 3.x

 

To replicate, tell Ranga that you could use some rest.

P.S. Asking Nedmar to let you rest in Raedric's Hold still works, so the problem is only here.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have confirmed the bug. Fortunately its just not playing the cutscene but you are still resting and getting your spells back.
