The Hermit of Hadret House Reputation Bug

I have Steam set to auto update and am running the latest version 3.01x. I am unable to obtain an invite to the Animancy Hearings even though the Crucible Knights have pledged support in dialog and I have Champion reputation with that faction. Zip with screenshots, diagnostic info, and pre/post bug saves linked here.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! That is a pretty peculiar bug. I have loaded up your post save and notice the issue, though I was still able to complete the quest and go to the hearing as if you killed off all 3 of the factions.

 

I have entered a bug and added it to our database. Hopefully we can figure out what happened.
