I am currently stuck at Lady Webb, I am currently have good standing with the Knights and with the Dozen, Did all their quests, but I am not getting a invite. I cannot continue the main quest please help.

You cannot do all their quests. You can only do the first quest from both, and than you have to choose which faction's second quest you do. After this second quest you'll get the invite.
