Poison cloud in Durgan's Battery west watchtower deals damage to the Devil of Caroc

Hello!

Despite that Devil's immune to poison, and the log lists only misses by the poisonous cloud on the lower level of Durgan's Battery west watchtower, Devil keeps getting damage. I suppose it's a bug
