I solved the puzzle at the rising waterway for the White March Part 2 and the animation seems to start but it remains unable to travel across. Seems like a bug unless I am missing something. Any insight here would be appreciated!

I am having the same / similar issue today, I came into the temple 'the fast route' and have killed everyone on that side of the locked gate besides Farentis. I passed the tile panel test but nothing happened.

Derp. Apparently I didn't know the sign of the tide from going through the back route. If that's my error please disregard these posts.

I think I have the same bug, got the quest key after completing the panel test, but it does not seem to open anything..
