The following image is of the location outside of Durgan's Battery. The open snow gap, in the latest version, will give you a CANNOT ENTER ICON if you attempt at any time, to click within the GAP.
You can circumvent this issue by clicking BEYOND the gap.
At first I thought it was blocked, but with the open gap, it is misleading as to exactly what is blocking the way.
