Cannot complete Foemyna bounty after killing her

I met and killed Foemyna, but she dropped no loot.  That meant I could not take her head back to the Warden, so that task is stuck in an unfinishable state.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us! I went and did the bounty and I was able to loot her head. Could you please upload an output log and a save file via dropbox so I can take a look?
