I have a basic white windows cursor everywhere on the screen except for a small portion in the top left corner. When clicking in that corner it almost acts as a smaller windowed version of the game is being clicked on (clicking on the lower right edge of this invisible boundary equals to clicking the lower right portion of the screen)

Could you please upload a screenshot of this so I can have a better understanding of whats going on? What resolution settings are you playing on?

I turned Steam overlay off and that seemed to fix it, also seems that I had a bit of supersampling going on which messed with it.
