Apologies if this is a rather silly question but I was wondering how skills like stealth, athletics, lore etc work for companions? does say having high lore with a companion mean if I use him for dialogue that it will have more options to pick in the convo boxes? sorry its the one thing in eternity that has got me scratching my head.

Unfortunately, no. While companions can comment during conversations the only one whose stats are used for unlocking more options is the Watcher.
