I went from level 8 to 9 in od nua and after the load it brought up the party select window. My main character (level 10 rogue) had been replaced by some weird level 7 cipher with a different portrait and no gear. And my party only had 5 people, Aloth had been removed. It also put me at the down stairs of level 9 instead of the entrance. The new auto-save was put under a separate profile save called Player (instead of Calcor, my profile). I reloaded but it worked fine the second time.

Hey  calcor,

Thanks for uploading all the necessary files before, I really appreciate it. Did anything in particular happen before or when you transitioned? Are you using any mods or console commands? I loaded up your save and wasn't able to reproduce the issue.

I took a look at your logs and I see a lot of errors, I would suggest verifying your game cache. In your steam library, right click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. That should prevent it from happening again.

Thanks!

Nothing seemed strange to me and it hasn't happened again since then. I verify game cache and it had no problems. No mods or console commands.
