Cleared both Crägholdt Bluffs and Crägholdt. But after killing Concelhaut and returning to the upper level I discovered that all Crägholdt Bluffs area is restored: enemies respawned (including commander Baelorin), plants regrown, etc.

Retreating to the lower level shows that it is still cleared - only the upper level affected.

Please find the the most recent save before Concelhaut fight. But it seems that it affected by the above problem as well and unfortunatelly i don't have any saves earlier at Crägholdt Buffs.

I have entered a bug in our system but it seems that it is only affecting your save. I tried to reproduce it with a different one but I was unable to do so. Its possible it could be related to a quicksave issue which we already fixed.
